This policy describes personal information handled in connection with drcleanmedic.com and Dr Clean Medic’s Canadian and United States cleaning operations. Dr Clean Medic operates through two separate registered companies: Dr Clean Medic Inc. for Canadian operations, including Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, and Dr Clean Medic LLC for United States operations, including South Florida. References to “Dr Clean Medic”, “we” and “our” mean the relevant company for the operation or enquiry concerned.
Information you provide
Our contact form asks for your name, phone number, email address, city, service type and message. Our quote request and cleaning team application pages use Google Forms. These forms ask for the contact details, service region and other information shown in the form as you complete it. We also receive information you choose to share by email, telephone or WhatsApp.
Please provide only information needed for your enquiry or application. Do not send payment card details, passwords, government identification numbers, patient records or other sensitive medical information through these forms. A request for cleaning at a medical facility does not require patient information.
How information is used
We use enquiry information to respond to you, assess cleaning needs, prepare quotes and discuss scheduling and service arrangements. Application information is used to review applications and contact applicants. Communications and technical records also help us deliver messages, troubleshoot website problems and protect the website against misuse.
Forms, email and service providers
Contact form submissions are stored in our WordPress administration system and sent by email to the business contacts configured to handle enquiries. An acknowledgement email is also configured. Our email delivery system processes these messages.
The embedded quote and application forms are hosted by Google. Google processes the information entered into those forms and technical information associated with using its services. Its handling of information is explained in the Google Privacy Policy.
Website hosting, email delivery, security and backup systems process information as part of operating the website. Enquiries may also be handled by the people responsible for preparing quotes and arranging the requested cleaning service. Information may be disclosed where required by applicable law.
Cookies, external content and technical information
WordPress uses cookies for administrator sign-in and related preferences. Security systems may process connection details such as IP addresses, requested pages and browser information to identify abuse. Google Forms may use cookies or similar technologies according to Google’s policies and your account and browser settings.
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Loading these resources connects your browser to Google. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and LinkedIn take you to services with their own privacy practices. Contact us by telephone or email if you prefer not to use an embedded Google form.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies or third-party content may affect sign-in or embedded forms.
Storage, international processing and retention
Records may exist in WordPress, email accounts, Google Forms and website backups. Use of online forms, email and other service providers may involve processing or access outside your country, including outside Canada for Canadian enquiries or outside the United States for U.S. enquiries. Where personal information is processed abroad, it may be accessible to courts, law enforcement or other authorities under the laws of that country.
The website’s email delivery log is currently configured for a 14-day retention period. This setting does not delete the original enquiry, WordPress submission, Google Forms response, mailbox copy or backup. Contact us for information about the retention of a particular record or to request deletion. A deletion request may be subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
Security and your choices
The website uses HTTPS, administrator sign-in, security software and backup tools. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
You may contact us to ask about information we hold about you, request access or correction, request deletion, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. Requests are subject to applicable law, identity verification and any required retention. Withholding information needed for a quote or service may prevent us from completing that request.
